Davide Burchiellaro (Bologna, 1969) has been a professional journalist since 1998. Graduated in Political Science in Bologna, he worked 14 years at Panorama, covering society and consumption and he was deputy editor-in-chief of Marie Claire, with responsibility on the development of the website marieclaire.it from 2007 to 2020. Since 2015 he has been working on new digital media formats with the Tech Company 22hbg and since 2020 he has been CEO of Officine Millennial, an innovative startup dedicated to the study of Artificial Intelligence applied to the storytelling of the territory, made in Italy and generational Intelligence. He is editor of the magazine The Millennial, laboratory of generational languages since 2017.Author of the courses for communicators of Unitelma La Sapienza and Unione Stampa Periodica Italiana, he is involved in training for entrepreneurs, organizations and consortia related to the agro-industrial excellence of the Italian Territory.

Gianmaria Padovani (class 1971), is a Milanese communicator and journalist, with a permanent foot in Montalcino. For fifteen years, he worked for the weekly magazine "Panorama" specializing on lifestyle and consumer issues. He then managed the communications department for Expo Milano 2015 before moving to strategic marketing and niche marketing in the digital sphere. Since 2020 he has been working on the design project for Off Wine, a vineyard in Montalcino with measurable sustainability and an opportunity to showcase future green applications and technologies.

He inherited his passion for agriculture from his father, a farmer and very open-minded man.
He graduated in Agricultural Sciences in 1986 in Padua.
In 1998, he was among the first in Italy to introduce advanced precision farming systems. Thanks to these interests he met Bruno Basso, an expert in soil modelling and physics. Thanks to this collaboration, he introduced methods of ‘conservation agriculture’, no-tillage and sowing on the open field in his home country, Italy. Since 2020 he has been responsible for the agricultural chain of Cultiva and is in charge of IV gamma vegetables, the most advanced sector in horticulture.
In 2020, he founded PIXAG with his friend Bruno, who has since become a professor at Michigan State University. Pixag's goal is to develop a new model of agricultural consulting that addresses companies with a systemic vision and committed to concrete, long-term results. Pixag's approach is based on data, digitalisation and the use of advanced IT techniques to measure the impact of agronomic practices on the environment and combat climate change through the extensive use of remote sensing and complex functional models.

Dr. Bruno Basso is an agro-ecosystem scientist and University Foundation Professor in Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences and W.K. Kellogg Biological Station at Michigan State University. Before joining Michigan State University in 2012, he was a professor at University of Basilicata in Italy. His research focuses on long term sustainability of agricultural systems, digital agriculture, dynamics of water, carbon and nutrients fluxes across agricultural landscapes under current and future climates. He has pioneered the integration of crop modeling with remote sensing to understand and predict spatial and temporal variations of crop yield and environmental impacts in agroecosystems. He is a Fellow of the Soil Science Society of America and the American Society of Agronomy, and 2016 recipient of the Innovation of the year award and 2019 Outstanding Faculty Award at Michigan State University and the recipient of the 2021 Morgan Stanley Sustainable Solutions Prize. He is ranked as top 2% scientist across all disciplines and 0.006% in the field of Agronomy, Agriculture,
Meteorology. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University.

Born in Biella, but Milanese by choice she is a granata fan and a fashion, lifestyle and society journalist with a penchant for good humour. She worked as a daily columnist for Milano Finanza Fashion and then moved to Vanity Fair, from which she resigned in 2017 to devote more time to writing, tango and running. Today she is a contributor for Vanity Fair Italia, Style Magazine - Corriere della Sera, F, L'Officiel Italia, Affari e Finanza - La Repubblica, Marie Claire Italia. Together with Laura Bianchi she founded Gurīn, a company that designs storytelling, talks and events where the world of luxury, art and entertainment meet the wonders of plants, flowers and gardens.

Originally from Como, Fabio Manuele has now been Vice President Press Relations EMEA for Tory Burch for more than five years. He returned in 2014, after an enlightening experience in the United States as Director of Communications for North America for all brands under the AEFFE Group. The AEFFE Group, which at the time included Alberta Ferretti, Emanuel Ungaro by Fausto Puglisi, Moschino, Philosophy by Natalie Retabasi and Pollini by Nicholas Kirkewood, allowed him to liaise with celebrities of the calibre of Maryl Streep, Lady Gaga and Beyoncè. This experience was the natural continuation of his career path within the Romagna-based company after having held the role of Worldwide PR Manager in Italy for over three years.
But his training began in 2002 as an Italian account manager for two men's fashion brands, Brioni and Aquascutuum, followed at the time by the agency Le Van Kim, still one of the most important in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
